general data collector

The general data Collector is the main element of the system, all remaining elements are controlled by this one.

Its function is to collect the data from the lane data Collectors and send them to the PC via RS232.

In this Collector are connected the lane data Collectors, the Judge Push Button, the Flash and has two separate lines for the electronic Boards and the Thermometer.

The lane data Collector is the element in which the chronometrists Push Buttons, the TouchPads, the starts Sensors are connected, as well, they are connected to each other, ending up in the general data Collector.

The lane data Collector registers the time of all it's connected elements at the moment of activation Then, this package of information, is sent to the central data Collector via RS485.

Each module can be used in any lane since they have an auto numeration system, detecting automatically at the system's starts moment in which lane its connected.
